Meet Our Operations Team

Life and business coaching expert, Kim Fulcher, is as an entrepreneur, executive, author, speaker, and professional coach. She has attained national recognition as an expert in personal and professional development.

Kim is a highly sought after speaker and media personality. She is a frequent guest of television and radio, and her expert advice has been featured in magazines such as Time, Fitness, Family Circle, Seventeen, and First for Women. Kim speaks to organizations around the world on subjects ranging from self mastery and leadership to life balance. She is the author of Remodel Your Reality; Seven Steps to Rebalance Your Life and Reclaim Your Passion, along with dozens of eBooks and advice columns.

Her professional experience includes the founding of SkillsVillage, a human capital management software company, which was acquired for nearly $40 million dollars; and management of a $60 million Silicon Valley consulting firm. In addition, Kim has held positions as a board member and advisor for numerous coaching organizations, including The Silicon Valley Coach Federation and Coachville.com.

Becky Mason is responsible for the direction of Compass’ marketing strategy, brand management, public relations, promotion, solution marketing, and distribution services.

Becky has more than 14 years of marketing experience; with an extensive emphasis in branding and messaging. Her professional experience includes marketing consultation for Knowledge Infusion, a strategic consulting organization, where she developed and led branding and promotion initiatives, and multiple marketing roles for PeopleSoft, an enterprise resource planning software company, including product consulting, product marketing, and customer success. In that capacity she was responsible for the launch of several large scale enterprise applications.

A proven entrepreneur, Becky also served on the founding team of SkillsVillage, a human resource management company which was eventually sold to Peoplesoft for nearly $40 million dollars.

Becky earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana.

Marie Fahey acts as Compass’ primary operational coordinator; responsible for systems, inventory, fulfillment, scheduling, and customer service.

An entrepreneur at heart, Marie began her career as a virtual assistant. She began working with Compass in support of Kim Fulcher, and expanded her role as the company grew.

Prior to her work as a virtual assistant, Marie served in primary education. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two children.

In her role at Compass Kris is responsible for all aspects of client programming. Her department oversees the production of Compass CoachCasts™, and the development and distribution of Compass products.

Prior to joining Compass, Kris worked as a professional coach, and founded Inspired Life Solutions, a professional coaching company. She also worked in training and program development at the Coachville School of Coaching.

Prior to her work in coaching, Kris served as a Certified Public Accountant, and worked in a Fortune 100 company. She is a certified graduate of the Coachville School of Coaching, LLC, a Certified North Star Life Coach, and a Certified Family Manager™ Coach. She received her coaching certification through The International Association of Coaches.

Kris lives in the Houston metro area with her husband of 19 years and their two boys ages 11 and 13.

Gwyneth Anne Freedman, has more than fifteen (15) years of professional work experience, including various senior management positions in Human Resources with large, medium, and small, start-up level companies. Her industry experience includes defense, information technology, semiconductor and internet security. She has also experienced the adventure and challenges of learning to live in a foreign culture. Gwyneth Anne has worked with and is sensitive to cultural diversity challenges.

Gwyneth Anne's coaching business focuses on two main categories: corporate employees, and sole proprietors. She has coached support staff employees seeking advancement within their companies, as well as newly appointed supervisors who are learning how to balance their own workloads while developing their leadership and coaching skills. At the top of the corporate ladder, she has coached executives wanting to improve their leadership skills, learn to more efficiently manage their time, and develop and communicate their corporate visions in a more compelling manner. With technical staff she's coached employees to develop their communications and time management skills. She has successfully coached mid-level management clients who faced challenges in their ability to move from a departmental focus to a more corporate wide, better integrated vision of their company's goals and objectives.

Gwyneth Anne graduated from UC Santa Barbara with dual degrees in Psychology and Sociology. She is a certified Career and Diversity Trainer, and is certified to teach Zenger-Miller's Frontline Leadership program. She is alsoskilled in martial arts, including karate and tai chi and teaches classes for the California Karate Academy when not engaged in her coaching activities.

In her role at Compass, Kim is responsible for all aspects of training and program licensing. Prior to joining Compass, Kim served as the Founder and CEO of The AQ Institute™, a coaching, consulting and training company, founded Leverage Dynamics, a coaching company, and acted as marketing director for the Coachville School of Coaching.

Kim is a contributing author to Masters of Sales, by Dr. Ivan Misner, founder of BNI. Called a "brilliant maverick" by Guerrilla Marketing author Jay Conrad Levinson, Kim is a recognized expert in the areas of Social Capital and Strategic Alliances.

A sought after speaker, trainer and presenter, Kim has led more than 1200 teleclasses and interviewed scores of experts and authors including Seth Godin, Lance Secretan, Daniel Pink, Michael Gerber, and Jack Canfield.

Prior to joining Compass, Jason acted as the founder and principal design manager for Hosting For Coaching, a web design firm, and a key contributor at Adjicent, an internet hosting and co-location service firm.

Jason has a degree in Advertising from Washington State University. He lives in Washington with his wife and young son.

Rebecca Allen acts as the Marketing Coordinator for Compass. This is her first role as an operational professional. For the last decade, Rebecca has committed her time and energy to raising three children while living at international posts in support of her husband, a US Marine, who was working for the United States at Embassies in The Republic of Georgia and Turkey.

Rebecca has an extensive background in customer service and retail systems management, and a keen interest in human behavior. She is dedicated to connecting with and supporting Compass representatives throughout the world.

Reshma Block joins Compass with a proven background in both Network Marketing and Information Technology industries. Just prior to joining Compass, Reshma was recruited to lead the implementation of world-wide Operations as COO for another network marketing start-up where she was responsible for the development and management of the Customer Service, Supply Chain/Fulfillment, Information Technology, Distributor Relations and Regulatory/Legal departments.

In addition, she also spearheaded the global integration of the custom compensation plan across 5 countries. Before she joined the network marketing industry, Reshma had over 10 years of successful IT leadership experience with the Intel Corporation where her responsibilities included managing various global engineering teams and large IT suppliers. At Intel, she focused on implementing and managing server solutions and data center technologies in a global 24x7 environment, as well as driving key architecture and engineering decisions for Intel’s next generation computing infrastructure. Reshma received her MBA from Pepperdine University.

Terri Carone directs all aspects of Compass’ Financial and Accounting Systems. In addition, her role with Compass includes Human Resources, Stock, Legal and Insurance Administration as well as Merchant Management.

As an entrepreneur and accountant, Terri brings over 20 years of accounting experience to Compass. Specializing in start-ups, she has helped multiple organizations successfully develop, implement and maintain their fiscal, managerial and financial reporting systems. Her expertise includes payroll, tax and financial management and reporting. Terri has served as Controller for several Bay Area corporations and as Treasurer and Director of several non-profit organizations.

Terri earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree in Management from The University of Santa Clara, California.
